Refund Policy

HLX Cleaning Company

At HLX Cleaning Company, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to deliver professional, reliable, and high-quality cleaning services. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our service, we’re here to help.

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the cleaning provided, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return and re-clean the affected areas free of charge.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

3. Refunds

Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:

  • We are unable to provide the service as scheduled, and no suitable rescheduling option is available.

  • A service was paid for but not rendered due to an error on our part.

  • Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction if a re-clean was not requested.
